Ytech Launches Sales for New 52-Story Luxury Condominium Tower in Miami’s Brickell District

Miami-based real estate developer Ytech has officially launched sales for 75 Broadway, a new 52-story luxury condominium development in Miami’s prestigious Brickell neighborhood. The project will feature 106 residences, including seven penthouses, with prices beginning at approximately $3 million. Designed by internationally recognized architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, the tower will offer premium residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and the nearby Simpson Park nature preserve. The development will incorporate high-end architectural finishes, luxury amenities, and carefully designed residential spaces intended to attract affluent domestic and international buyers.
