In December 2024, the median home sale prices in Florida’s Treasure Coast cities were as follows:
Port St. Lucie: $420,000
Stuart: $550,000
Vero Beach: $450,000
Fort Pierce: $380,000
These figures represent year-over-year increases of 5% in Port St. Lucie, 7% in Stuart, 6% in Vero Beach, and 4% in Fort Pierce. The rising prices are attributed to limited housing inventory and sustained demand from buyers relocating from other states.
