Two new residential projects are expected to add 93 below-market homes in Miami-Dade County as South Florida continues to face a shortage of affordable housing.
The developments will include a five-story, 56-unit condominium building and 37 townhomes. Condo prices are expected to range from $305,000 to $450,000, while the townhomes will be capped at $494,000. The homes are intended for households that meet affordable- and workforce-housing income limits. For more information, click here.
