$325 million project on the Riviera Beach coast

The Riviera Beach Redevelopment Agency approved the sale of approximately 2.2 acres of public land near the waterfront at 1851 Broadway for a mixed-use project valued at approximately $325 million. The plan includes between 350 and 450 apartments (with about 20 affordable housing units) and about 17,000 square feet of retail space, with the goal of starting construction within about 18 months after final plan approval.
