For over 15 years, Gary Dean Farmer has been helping American and international (French) companies with their business, tax, and real estate-related needs. He remains passionate about offering the highest quality legal services without charging the exorbitant fees standard at larger firms. Gary founded International Counsel to leverage his experience working with larger corporations to help guide small businesses.  

At International Counsel, clients get the advantages of “big firm” knowledge, expertise, and resources while benefiting from its “small firm” accessibility, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Before founding International Counsel, Gary worked for a global law firm in Washington, DC. He also previously served at the U.S. Department of State as a law clerk to the Assistant Legal Adviser for Private International Law.

Gary Farmer is also bilingual, represents several French-speaking clients, and has helped guide French and other foreign organizations in founding and scaling their U.S. operations.
